30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return if your items are faulty or damaged. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind / Exchanges
While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, we want you to love your order! If your items don’t meet the refund criteria and you’re not completely happy, just email us at gymgiantsau@gmail.com or start a chat on our website, and we’ll help you organise an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union Customers
If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
