1. Eligibility:
1.1 Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

2. Entry Requirements:
2.1 To enter, participants must:

- Follow the Gym Giants page on Instagram/Facebook.
2.2 Entries are limited to one per person.

3. Prizes:
3.1 1st Prize: $200 Gym Giants Gift Card (valid for 12 months).
3.2 2nd Prize: 20% Discount (valid for 12 months for use on a single order with a total value of $500AUD or less).
3.3 3rd Prize: Mini Keychain Protein Container.
3.4 The promoter reserves the right to designate and acknowledge more than one winner for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, at their discretion.

4. Winner Selection:
4.1 Winners will be drawn at random and announced on January 1st, 2024.
4.2 Winners will be notified by direct message within 28 days of the closing date.

5. Prize Claim:
5.1 Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
5.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the specified period, Gym Giants reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

6.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.

7.1 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
7.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

8. Publicity:
8.1 Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

9.1 Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
9.2 The winner's name will be published on our Instagram Stories.
